At Warrco Industry, we believe long-term B2B relationships are built on transparency, product quality, and reliable delivery. To ensure a smooth experience from order placement to final delivery, please review our standard manufacturing policies and ordering guidelines below.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):
We support both emerging brands and large distributors with flexible order sizes.
Our standard MOQ starts at 20 pieces per design/style (with flexible sizing breakdowns across S, M, L, XL, XXL).
Bulk volume orders benefit from tiered factory discount pricing.
Sampling & Pre-Production Policy:
To guarantee fabric, fitting, and print accuracy, we strongly recommend physical sampling before launching bulk production.
Pre-production samples are completed within 5 to 7 business days.
Sample costs are charged upfront but are fully refundable or credited back toward your final bulk production invoice.
Payment Terms & Accepted Methods:
Order Terms: Standard B2B terms require a 50% deposit upon bulk order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to shipment (after final production photos/videos are approved).
Accepted Payment Channels: We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and major online payment gateways.
Production Lead Times & Reorders:
Standard bulk production takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on total order volume and customization complexity (sublimation, embroidery, custom cut-and-sew).
Repeat reorders are processed faster (approx. 10–12 business days) as digital patterns and printing setups are pre-saved in our archive.
Private Labeling & Custom Packaging:
All bulk orders include optional private labeling support: custom woven neck labels, care/wash tags, custom hangtags, and branded poly bags.
Tech pack assistance and 3D artwork mockups are provided free of charge with all confirmed orders.
Worldwide Shipping & Customs (DDP Terms):
We ship globally using tier-1 express carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (3–5 business days air delivery).
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For clients in the USA, UK, Canada, and EU, we offer hassle-free DDP door-to-door shipping where all import customs, clearance, and duties are covered in your final delivery quote.
Quality Control & Claims Policy:
Every garment undergoes a 100% manual inspection for seam strength, measurements, and color accuracy before dispatch.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, damaged goods, or incorrect customization, claims must be reported within 7 days of shipment arrival. Defective items will be replaced or credited in your next order upon physical proof review.
