  1. Step 1: Tell Us What You Need

    • Send us your tech pack, design mockup, or even a simple picture/sketch.

    • Let us know your preferred fabric (e.g., Dri-Fit mesh, fleece, spandex), printing style (3D sublimation, embroidery, screen printing), and expected order quantities.

    • We review everything and get back to you with a direct, competitive factory quote within 24 hours.

  2. Step 2: Sample & Design Proofing

    • Before touching a single roll of fabric, our design team creates a clear 3D digital mockup for your final approval.

    • Once you approve the artwork, we make a physical pre-production sample in just 5 to 7 working days.

    • We ship the sample straight to your door via express courier so you can physically test the fabric quality, sizing, and colors before launching bulk production.

  3. Step 3: Bulk Manufacturing

    • Once you approve the sample and give us the green light, our production line gets to work immediately.

    • Everything—laser fabric cutting, high-definition sublimation printing, precise stitching, and custom neck tagging—is handled under one roof in our Sialkot facility.

    • We support emerging brands with low minimum order quantities starting at just 20 pieces per design.

  4. Step 4: Quality Inspection & Private Labeling

    • We don’t just pack and ship. Every single jersey, tracksuit, and pair of trousers goes through a strict manual quality check for seam strength, correct sizing, and color accuracy.

    • Products are then individually poly-bagged, fitted with your custom brand tags, care labels, and barcode stickers as requested.

  5. Step 5: Fast Door-to-Door Delivery (DDP Shipping)

    • We handle all the heavy lifting with customs clearance, export paperwork, and international freight.

    • Your order is shipped directly to your store, home, or warehouse using trusted international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
