How to Order Custom Sportswear from Warrco Industry
If this is your first time sourcing clothing from Pakistan, the whole process can feel a little unfamiliar. So here's exactly what happens, step by step, from your first message to your custom order landing at your door in Germany or anywhere in the EU, plus a few details about importing into the EU that most manufacturers never bother to explain.
Step 1: Send Us Your Idea
You don't need a finished tech pack to start. A rough sketch, a reference photo, or even a description of what you're picturing is enough for us to begin. If you do have specific requirements, it helps to include:
- Garment type and rough quantities per size
- Fabric preference, if you already have one in mind
- Any branding or labelling requirements
- Your target delivery window
Step 2: We Send a Straight Quote
We come back with a clear price per piece, sample cost, and a realistic production timeline based on what you actually asked for, not a generic price list. If something in your request would push cost or lead time up (a complex print, an unusual fabric), we tell you that upfront rather than after you've paid a deposit.
Step 3: A Real Sample, Not a Digital Mockup
This is where we differ from a lot of manufacturers who send a digital render and call it "approval." We produce a physical pre-production sample, actual fabric, actual print or embroidery, actual stitching, so you can hold it, check the fit, and confirm it before a single bulk unit is cut. Sampling takes about 5–7 days plus shipping.
Step 4: Confirm and Lock In Details
Once the sample's approved, we finalise quantities, sizes, and any last colour or fit adjustments. At this point we also confirm payment terms.
Step 5: Bulk Production With In-Line Checks
Production runs with quality checks happening at each stage, not just a single inspection at the very end. Cutting, printing/embroidery, and stitching are each checked before moving to the next stage.
Step 6: Final Inspection, Then DDP Shipping to the EU
Every order goes through a final AQL inspection before packing. For EU and German orders specifically, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties and VAT are handled on our end before the shipment leaves Pakistan, not collected from you as a surprise at customs.
What EU and German Buyers Should Actually Know About Importing
This is the part most manufacturer websites skip entirely, and it's where a lot of first-time importers get caught out:
VAT and duties. Clothing imported into the EU is generally subject to import VAT and a customs duty rate that varies by product category. With DDP shipping, this is calculated and paid on our end before dispatch, so the number on your invoice is the number you actually pay — nothing added on arrival.
EORI number. If you're importing as a business into the EU, you'll need an EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number registered with your country's customs authority. This is separate from your VAT number and is usually a one-time registration. We can guide you through what's needed on our side, but this registration itself has to be done through your local customs office.
Country of origin labelling. Garments manufactured in Pakistan and imported into the EU need accurate country-of-origin labelling ("Made in Pakistan") alongside any fibre composition labelling required under EU textile regulations. We handle this as standard on every order. It's not an add-on request.
Realistic lead times, not marketing lead times. A lot of manufacturer sites advertise turnaround times that only apply to the simplest possible order. Ours: sampling 5–7 days, bulk production 4–6 weeks depending on order size and complexity, and DDP shipping typically adds 1–2 weeks to Germany and the EU. We'd rather tell you the real number than the smallest possible one.

No. A sketch, a reference photo, or a clear written description is enough for us to start. We'll refine it into a proper pattern and confirm details with you before production.

For first-time orders, yes, we won't move to bulk without an approved physical sample. It's the only reliable way to catch a fit or fabric issue before it becomes 500 unusable units.
We can ship anywhere worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe & Australia.
Send us photos of the issue and we'll sort a replacement or resolution. This covers genuine manufacturing defects, not changes made after a design or spec was already signed off.
Yes, ask for a DDP quote to Germany and we'll build duties, VAT, and freight into a single landed cost, so there's nothing extra to calculate on your end.
